How does Cheers On Demand Delivery work?

Cheers On Demand delivers wine, beer, spirits, mixers, grocery, cigarettes, and tobacco on demand to your door seamlessly. In order to have wine, beer, spirits, cigarettes, and tobacco delivered you must be a minimum age of 21 and provide identification upon delivery.

Can I send a gift delivery?

If you choose to send a gift for any occasion, Cheers On Demand is here for you. We’ll wrap your gift and send a handwritten card to your anyone of your choice at no additional cost to you.

 

Will I need an ID to accept delivery?

Yes. Delivery personnel will ask for an ID along with the credit card used to make the purchase. Receiver must be a minimum age of 21 in order to accept alcohol. Failure to provide either could prevent your driver from completing your delivery.

 

How long do deliveries take?

Delivery times are subject to variables such as time of day, order volume, and traffic conditions. In most areas, deliveries take under an hour.

 

Can I pre-schedule a Delivery?

Absolutely! At checkout, you have the option to schedule your order up to seven days in advance.

 

How do I return an order?

Returns are processed by the local store and are subject to their individual policy.  Please contact the store to confirm their specific process. 

If the wrong product has been delivered or is spoiled, stores will commonly coordinate a time to pick up the product for a return.  In these instances, returns are usually accepted within 5 days of the purchase.  Refunds are processed as soon the product is returned and typically hit your bank account within 3-5 business days after bank processing.
